The Tech C (Technical Contact) is cared for the partner, some Domain in technical regard (e.g. responsibly for the servers, on which the Domain is operated). For requesting a Domain must be always indicated a Owner C, Admin C, Tech C and zone C.

The OLG Hamburg has if the owner and the Admin C of a Domain is not attainable, decided that also the Tech C clings and can as disturbers be taken up (OLG Hamburg v. 4.11.1999, 3 U 274/98, JurPC Web Dok. 39/2000).
